Hey what's happening.

Alright, introductions out of the way, now on to better things!
I guess the most obvious and defining feature about me would be my obsession for the japanese otaku culture as most of my interests revolve around the contemplation of the great works of anime, manga and japanese pop culture.
Being an artist myself, my work is greatly influenced by this and it has been my main source of inspiration for the past years. But we're not here to talk about that, we're here for the music!

I listen to lot of music (although my profile might not suggest that right now) and if it's not anime, music is my main inspiration. You could find me listening to classical or romantic tunes and then the next thing you know I'm listening to deaf metal or something. heh.

When I was growing up, my hometown was quite the isolated spot. So at an early stage of my life I found myself listening to mostly boy band music and renowned pop artists, which at the time was what was available. Later on I moved to a new town and discovered an artist named Will Smith, who's funky 90's style rap I fell in love with. That marked the phase of rediscovering music in my life and I started to expand my musical background.

After that I entered a stage of listening to essentially Hip Hop as it was the dominating culture in my town. I practiced beat boxing and break dancing for a while, taking on proper music a while later. And it was the jazzy sound of the sax that made me start appreciating the great composers and old school sounds.

It was around this stage that I became obsessed with anime and pretty much anything japanese for that matter. I learned of japanese pop music through my favorite anime series and began listening to it as well.

Shortly after that phase in my life I discovered the electric guitar and the breaking free sensation of punk rock bands.

I have been in love ever since.

Now, most of my music falls under the rock category, as I appreciate band music a lot. To me there's just something special about a group of people, who's skills and personalities can be so different, who band together, depending on each other to produce a sound capable of changing the way a person feels, on the inside.

I think it's pretty obvious now that I believe music can change the world. And no matter what anyone says, I believe that a band made up of just good friends might not make it big, but there is no sound more magical then that.
