Do etttt! Yeah! Mayhem, Watain and Revenge! At the end of January. Would you be interested in going? I currently have a hotel room booked within walking distance from the venue, but it's with only one bed. If you want to go I could upgrade it to two beds. I have another friend who might come with as well but stay elsewhere. It's a two year program. And I'm so glad it isn't longer than that. I really enjoy school and all but I can't wait to get out and start making money. Right?! This year just flew by! It was a decent one for me though, at least. Hopefully it was alright for you as well! What time are you wanting to get to Rock Bottom tomorrow? I think the show starts at like 6 since there's a buuuunch of bands playing. I only really wanna see Suffocation haha. But if you wanna head there earlier to check out some of the other bands I would be down for that too! Just text me to lemme know.

Yeah that's definitely something that sucks about apartments. When I went apartment hunting over a year ago I found that the pet friendly ones were unfortunately, for the most part, either retardedly overpriced or total pieces of shit. Indeed! Good thing the labor board deemed it illegal otherwise the lock out would probably still be in effect. I heard about quite a few people having to do that! People get the motivation to go to school just to be forced to drop out because of something out of their control. Very unfortunate and discouraging. Hopefully none of those who had to lost tuition $$$. I'm not even sure if it would be viable, but if so I would think that they should sue the city and the bus drivers' union for compensation. I see. I am the total opposite haha. I really wanted it and went for it as soon as I could, mostly because I hate travelling with other people constantly (i.e. public transportation) and wanted to have the ability to get from point a to b on my own whenever.

my cats can definitely be annoying sometimes. Like, constantly meowing because they want attention annoying. That's kinda my fault though... I baby them too much :') I'd take that over roommate annoyance any day though. I heard about that! From what I heard the union wants like a 25%/5yrs raise for the workers, the city put in an offer of 10/4yrs, and they rejected it. I haven't looked into it a ton though, since it doesn't affect me because I refuse to take the bus. To me 25% seems exorbitant, considering most drivers are assholes imo (past experience), but a lot of people do rely on that service and to just cut it like that over problems with the workers/union is definitely inconsiderate of the city. Perhaps! I've never heard of what whyte was like in the past, but to me it was a fun place similar to bway. Lots of bars, places to shop, diversity of people, etc. I have at least 3 tests a week now! I don't mind it though. The content is pretty simple, there's just a lot of it. otay! :D

Oh my fuck, people are so stupid... it hurts my brain to think of the immensity of it and bothers me to no end when others have to suffer because of it. Hopefully! I want to buy my own place eventually as well, but I'm not sure where. Probably not here lol. They are so much better than humans. I lived with room mates a couple of years ago and they don't even compare to my cats. They were nice people and all, I'm just the kind of person that doesn't like being around people all the time. Yet I do enjoy having some company, so my cats are perfect for that reason. I actually really enjoyed Whyte and didn't find it to be that bad. It's like a bigger version of Broadway. The only problem I had with it was how busy it was. Took like half an eternity to get off it at night. School has been awesome so far! It was kinda boring at first but now it's starting to pick up. The weather did fucking suck for a while. Hopefully this warm(er) weather stays for a while

I checked out that link, along with a few other songs. They seem like one of thooose bands that tries to be brutal for the sake of being brutal, if that makes sense, and their songs sound quite similar (the ones I checked out, anyways). And yeah I don't know wtf is up with that name, supaa lame. It was awesome! I spent most of my time on Whyte, since that's where the venue was. Origin was sick! My neck was hurting for a few days afterwards because of their set. King Parrot's set was ridiculous, in a funny and somewhat gross kind of way haha. I really enjoyed seeing Beyond Creation again as well. People went apeshit for Rings of Saturn and The Faceless, but I just never could get into either of them so I didn't really care for their sets. I also got a tattoo there, so that was fun especially since it turned out great. I started getting sick before I left though. And now I'm just getting over the cold that I had all week :(

That is true. Did you ever have to deal with bed bugs? That's what happened to the apartment I used to live in. Apparently they strike anywhere, no matter how clean or gross a place is. The number one thing I dreaded would happen did happen, and the idiot who brought them there tried to get rid of them himself so it just got worse. And he wouldn't follow instructions properly in regards to what to do after the exterminator sprayed so that delayed the extermination as well. So now I figure the less people I live around, the less likely I will have to deal with that again. It was a pain in the ass and a half. And my landlord was a cunt. Haha, I love her! I named her Lamia. Well kudos to you for being able to go so long without it, I don't know how I'd survive without my license! I've had it for about five years now though, so I guess it's fair to say I'm quite accustomed to having it at this point. I went without my car for like a month last year and the struggle was real. Will do! :D

Haha so true, I have no idea where the goats to begin either. Awesome! And yeaaaa :D haha, I never bothered to check them out.. Sometimes I can just tell by the name and appearance of a band whether or not I feel they are worthy of listening to. Sometimes I'm wrong, but not often. Guess I wasn't in the case of jungle rot, lolz.

I really lucked out with the place I'm at now. I'm in a basement suite though. I had a bad experience with the apartment I was at last so I don't think I'll ever live in one again. I'm actually getting a snake in a few days too! Blizzard corn snake :D Awe nice! My bitches shed sooo much, I have to brush them alla time. Despite that, I love them to pieces. It is, but my family is planning on moving to PA in the near future. Even though I'm not particularly fond of PA, I'd go see them a lot more if they moved there, since it's closer and most of my friends are there. My mom and sister are currently renting an apartment there until my parents find a place, because my sister goes to St. Mary's for school and track and my mom is going to school for nursing. I'm wanting to make rings and nose studs. I can't find nose studs that don't already have stones in them any fuckin' where though!! So I might just buy blank ear posts and make them into 'L shaped' nose studs.

Arch Enemy would definitely be cool to see live. I never got too heavily into them though, just checked out a few of their albums a couple years ago, so I'm still on the fence about that show. I haven't heard their newer stuff with Alissa, but from what I heard of The Agonist back when she was with them, she's a decent vocalist. On a side note, in case you didn't know and plan to buy a ticket/don't have one yet, there's early bird tickets available here: for the Suffocation/Kataklysm show. $15! Which beats paying almost 2x that once they're gone.

Definitely my favourite way to say Saturday. I adore cats, just a bit. I have two! Not that I had seen. Yeah I figure the same, since it was out in public and an all ages event. Ah well, next year! That's cool. Since my siblings are both only 16, I'm HOPING I won't have any nieces or nephews for a while. Haha same here. The gemstones I bought were actually for jewellery making. I know next to nothing about crystal healing, but it does seem quite interesting and like something I would like to get into in the future. I just bought my ticket for DTA yesterday! Should be a good one. And haaaay if you don't have anyone to go with, perhaps we can go together? If so, we should probably hang out at some point before that haha. It was hella weird, there were many things I didn't like about it. The only pros for me were that I could get to my classes without ever going outside during winter and that it was quite inexpensive. Indeeeeed ^-^

man, you cray :P a vicious cycle indeed. For me the cold of winter and the intense sun rays of summer are the worst. I wish it could be autumn all the time. Not too hot, not too cold! That's awesome that you're willing to go that far to see them. I know too much people who aren't willing to travel even an hour to see bands that they enjoy. Coooool, thanks! I went last caturday, but it was cut short by my friends' desire to fuck off and get wasted. I was thinking of going again, but I spent too much on loose gemstones at the Ex. Are you? True, true! But, imo, summer can end anytime now haha. I'm toooo excited for school and all the upcoming shows. They just keep coming! Just yesterday I heard that Animals as Leaders and Devin Townsend are going to be at the Odeon, and Death and Obituary in Regina. I've been wanting to see Animals as Leaders for a while. I missed their last show in 2011, at Louis. Despite the fact that, at the time, I lived right behind the venue, in residence :(
