When I first heard Queens of the Stone Age's Album Era Vulgaris, I gave the song River in the Road three stars. Upon re-rating some QotSA songs, I thought "actually, that's not bad", so I made it 4 stars.
After listening to it again recently, I decided it was completely awesome and it now sits with my 5 star-rated tracks.
