Hey! My first year was pretty good, yep I'm still an engineer and I've decided on environmental engineering for now. I never met Emma though. How about yours? And how was Coldplay? Haha, both Death Cab and The Decemberists played at Northwestern-related functions so I got to see both in the past year!

Emma Solanki sounds very vaguely familiar...we have 8 mutual friends on facebook, it looks like she went on the same pre-orientation hiking trip as some people I know (I also went on it but in a different group). Yep. Engineering is definitely still hard but not quite as hard as my science program. Is U of O busier for you than high school?

Haha, I'm actually dropping my science program and just doing engineering next quarter. Hopefully things will be slightly less stressful next quarter. :P Nope I'm actually from Seattle, so not too far from you! By the way, do you know anyone that's going to Northwestern? I know a couple people that go to U of Oregon (Tim Lai, Rebecca Lai, Ryan Wagner, Kristen Lee, Ben Glassy, Anita Kasina...any of these names sound familiar?)

Hey! I'm actually in a program called the integrated science program, in which you can get a degree in all the sciences. You usually double it with something else, for me probably engineering. If it's too hard to double that though, I'll just do engineering. How about you? What are you majoring in? And how's school? :)
