yeah, Spbox my fave rap album right now, they both godly discs, Spbox>Black Album, Get Rich Or Die Tryin and other 03 notable albums. Now that's a ballsy statement. A, you ever hear Earth, Wind & Fire-Illuminations (2005)? I just heard it last year, been sleeping. Raphael Saadiq, Big Boi, Sleepy Brown are on the album. And a great cover of Big Boi's "The Way You Move" on it. Peep it.

ah shit that's some genius shit, playing Happy Valentine's Day 3 Stacks lol. I ain't think of that. But yeah, Speakerboxxx/The Love Below, I think I was like the majority of folk when it came out, and still to this day, if had to choose would, easily prefer TLB. It just sounds like a complete album on it's own, let alone the half of a double disc. But I think with time, people, realize, that red CD Big Boi made, needs to be played a bit more, just as much as that pink CD they damn near wore out spinning by Dre. Obviously Hey Ya! was bigger then The Way You Move which led to Dre being favored in plays. So in short, in 03 I would have said Speaker=4 Mics, TLB=4.5 (Album of 03). Now, I got Speaker at 4.5, TLB at 4.9 or 5. Big Boi has better lyrics here, but Dre had the better songs beginning to end, plus his outro song was a 5 mic song in itself. I'll say this tho, If I picked my 3 best songs between the two discs, It'd be Big Boi-"Church" & "Reset" and Dre-"Prototype".

nah don't say that bout Dre. Mark my words it'll come out before Detox does. It'll be album of the year when 3 stacks drops. A, if you had to pick, what disc is better, Speakerboxxx or The Love Below.

http://www.last.fm/group/Fuck+P.+Diddy That Raphael was John Blaze. I forgot I heard the whole album on repeat, chillin at bookstores in the cafe area with the womens with brains who like to give brains if you know enough about literature to tap their inner freak. "Good Man" was the best song I heard last year prolly. Get Tony Toni Tone's whole discography. "It Never Rains" is top 10 R&B songs of the 90's.

yeah ill check those out. Real R&B and Neo-Soul's been outdoing Rap for years now. Like Janelle Monae, Chrisette Michele, Kem, Jill Scott, Marsha Ambrosious, Erykah Badu, Dwele. Real R&B not that Chris Brown Trey Songz homo kind.

I dont even know son. I'm not gonna even lie, I didnt listen to a SINGLE, album OR mixtape from 2011. Radio and TV is just horrendous. Raps gonna be 99.9 percent dead with a brief atom of life for 3 or 4 more years sadly. It'll come back though. Mafuggas better get realistic though and not hope for it to be like the 90's or even the early 2000's when it comes to quality. But yeah, I thought of buyin that Em Royce EP last year but "Lighters" was so queer i said no, didnt even feel like downloading it. Same with that Watch The Throne. I'm guessing I'll put Elzhi-Elmatic and Large Professor/Neek The Exotic as my faves when I bump them. maybe Royce Sucess is Certain, but every album he does sounds the same, always a generic 4 mic album. Common's album I heard some of, that'll be good. These niggas suck tho to where I barely feel like playing their music. I played old school rap and R&Bsoulfunkjazzrockreggaenon-homosexual techno last year mainly. DJ Premier said Game RED was LP of 011. Ew.
