It's about time I give you another music recommendation. Brooke Waggoner--you will not be disappointed.

Actually, the fact that it is "instrumental" demands me to pay so much attention. It's like structured chaos, which is quite nice if you dont have much on your mind. I find Sufjan's voice relaxing however.

Ok, I've listened to enjoy your rabbit and mister Stith and I've come to the conclusion the music is genius, beautiful even, sometimes. I also found out you should not listen to it while doing homework because, holy cow, you need to pay attention to what you're hearing.

That's a really good quesiton, haha! I had been looking forward to it for so long that when I was finally sitting there in the theater and experiencing it, I think my brain just sort of....took a vacation. It was almost TOO much to bear, ya know? I remember saying "WOW" out loud a few times to no one in particular and being really caught up in the film and hoopers. I really wish a DVD would be released so you could actually SEE the performance, too. It was mesmerizing! And listening to it now brings back some of the images I completely forgot about - like the part that starts at 17:06 was marked by the images of the cars on the screen speeding up; day turning to night and the headlights and brakelights making these dizzying but beautiful flashes as cars slowed down, stopped, sped up, etc. Ahh, Sufjan is really a genius. I don't like to use that word a lot, but for him I think it's actually an understatement.

Thankyou! I spelled that wrong a while back, and then someone told me and I changed it right before I released it, but I must've done something wrong! I suppose it opens the door to making other spelling mistakes of mine a bit easier hah. Raspberry tea with honey! I'll be there for sure.

ooh thanks a lot! I was not even aware of the fact he had other music out other than his latest album. I'll definitely have to give him a better try. Hopefully he'll not be what Sufjan's Enjoy your Rabbit is for me, which is, a little too weird.

How do you like DM Stith? Didnt gave him a try yet but the few songs I've heard sounded, well kind of weird.

Yes, yes! Kurr is the music of discovery. It makes me think of sailing in paper boats and finding little islands. And I found DM through Shara Worden. Her and Sufjan...are probably the two best voices ever heard together. And thanks a lot! Seriously. =)=)
