Sobre mim

It's been a while. I been meditating. I also currently live in the woods where Last.fm streaming is not possible. I used to listen to a lot of music but it's all dhamma for me of late. I practice mindfulness (open awareness) and vipassana (insight) meditation, and I have my hopes set on humanity having a radical transformation.
