Sat 19 Jan – All Time Low, Mayday Parade, Just Surrender, Every Avenue, Carawae

    Carawae -
was fun. didn't know many of their songs, besides like one. they did a pretty awesome cover of *nsync's 'bye, bye, bye'. nice as hell after the show. started a shoe-signing party. after listening to them recently, i wish i would have before the show. they are really fantastic.

    Every Avenue -
like i expected, very upbeat, very fun. i hadn't listened to them much before, so the only songs i recognized were 'where were you' and 'think of you later (empty room)'. had some monitor problems, but didn't affect the show that much.

    Just Surrender -
better then i expected. also had some mic/monitor problems. alex from all time low guest-vocaled. the only song i knew well was 'body language and bad habits'. dan said some funny shit, for example: (while talking about hot michigan girls) 'someones getting fucked tonight.' he was also very nice afterwards. the lead singer, jason, reminded me of shaant hacikyan in a way.

    Mayday Parade -
um, amazing in every single way. they played the two songs i wanted most, 'jamie all over' and 'three cheers for five years'. derek definitely reminds me of william beckett, as he is skinny as hell! jake is a great drummer, and really plays well live (and can pull off the background vocals). it's so hard to get a decent picture of brooks because of his shaggy mane. and creating new words is fun. especially if they have to do with removing pieces of clothing.
fordilious - taking off derek's pants.

    All Time Low-
atl is such a fun band to see. because their songs are so up-beat and danceable, it's almost impossible to not move around during their set. they also know how to interact with a crowd (hint - say some funny stuff about fucking and penises). they played a lot of new songs - as is expected - but threw some older ones in as well. jack is so energetic on stage, it's insane. the blink-182 cover they do, with members of other bands, was freaking great. having things thrown at you, including tea and water and snow, has never been so awesome. zack does some freaky weird things on stage - half of the time, he's crouched over and his somewhat large butt (or maybe it's just the jeans) is all up in the air. it looks like he's doing the 'crouching tiger, hidden dragon' or something.

    pictures -
    every avenue.
    just surrender.
    mayday parade.
    all time low.
mind you, those are just my favorites.
all of them are on my myspace, but i think you have to add me to see them. but of course, that wouldn't be so bad. =]

videos are here. that's just one of them, then you can click on 'more from this user' or whatever. all of them i have uploaded on there are from this show.
  • end of 2007 lists.

    Dez 29 2007, 16h03

top 10 albums/eps - in no particular order:
Drop Dead, Gorgeous - worse than a fairy tale
i listened to this album on a whim, as i do most of the music i hear, and was a little skeptical upon first listen. however, it eventually grew on me. the concept was hard for me to get at first but as i listened to what mr. stills was actually saying, it all fell into place. there is something in every single song that drags me in. now, i listen to it whenever i need to challenge my mind. it makes me think and not a lot of music does that. talent is evident in every second. the segways betweens songs are often interesting, such as the 'help' repeatedly said at the end of 'donner party of five'. favorites: 'i want to master life and death', 'donner party of five', 'they'll never get me (word with you)'.

    Anberlin - cities
i'll be honest when i say i wasn't a huge anberlin fan when i first i heard this record. however, by the second chorus of track two ('godspeed') i was in fucking love. by the third or fourth listen it finally clicked that this was something special and unique in its own way. stephen's lyrics, and the way he delivers them, hit me in ways i've never been hit before. this record has helped me in a thousand different ways and i'll always have a special place for it. favorites: 'hello alone', 'dismantle.repair.', '(*fin)'.

Pierce the Veil - a flair for the dramatic
i first downloaded this record because i would be seeing them at the chiodos show. i listened to it one time, came to the conclusion that i didn't like it, and set it aside. however, once the show was happening and i was seeing them live, everything changed and i loved it. so, i bought their cd and listened to it a lot over the next few days. what stood out most to me was the unique sense of melody that both vic and mike possess, seeing as they wrote the record themselves. vic's vocals are also very unique and different then anything out there. i am positivly looking forward to seeing them on warped this summer. favorites: 'i'd rather die than be famous', 'wonderless', 'falling asleep on a stranger'.

Tegan and Sara - the con
before hearing this record, i had enjoyed a few tegan and sara songs. i listened to the con for the first time with my sister and my first reaction was how catchy the songs were. to me, the vocals had improved since past releases. as i listened to the record on my own, i paid more attention to the lyrics and found that they were excellent. even though some of the songs are quite short, they still pack a punch. possibly one the things i like most about the album is how relatable some of the songs are. favorites: 'soil, soil', 'hop a plane', 'dark come soon'.

Straylight Run - the needles, the space
this record is in a word, eclectic. my expectations were high, and after i listened to this once, they were fulfilled. i'm really happy that michelle got to showcase her talents more on this album than on previous efforts. i feel as though they have progressed tons, and honestly don't understand why they got dropped from universal. however, to each their own. the instrumentation used on some songs really stuck out to me. it's always fun to sing along to ALL the tracks, even if i don't know the words. trying to match michelle's harmonies and/or melodies is a challenge, and i love it. favorites: 'soon, we'll be living in the future', 'the first of the century', 'who will save us now'.

Thrice - the alchemy index, vols I & II
i can still remember the day when i bought this cd. i had no evidence to show that it was going to be fantastic, or horrible. i remember hearing somewhere that it was supposed to be good (absolutepunk, i believe) but i hadn't listened to any songs that were released, so i knew nothing. but hey, 10 dollars for two cds is a great deal - so i bought it. i listened to it when i got home and was immediatly blown away. the idea of splitting the eps up into the... alchemy index (earth, air, fire, water) was brilliant. dustin's lyrics are fucking amazing and the way he delivers them adds to it so much. besides that, the amount of talent in this band is extraodinarily high. favorites: 'burn the fleet', 'lost continent', 'kings upon the main'.

Armor for Sleep - smile for them
i heard this was supposed to be good, so i downloaded it. i figured that since i was going to be seeing them with the academy is... that i would give it a listen to familiarize myself with the music. on first listen, i thought it was good - not great. after seeing them live everything changed. i loved what i heard, so i bought the record that night. i listened to it quite a few times after that and loved it even more. they are straying away from a concept album, such as their previous efforts, and i think it suits them well. favorites: 'williamsburg', 'smile for the camera', 'chemicals'.

    Chiodos - bone palace ballet
the second i heard that chiodos was putting out a new record i was ecstatic. the second i heard that you could pre-order it on the warped tour by buying an exclusive shirt, i knew i had too. obviously, i loved all's well that ends well, so it was a no-brainer that i would love bpb. when it leaked, i got it immediatly, however it was an unmastered version and some of the tags were messed up. i only listened to that a few times before the real thing came out. god, i listened to that cd on repeat for the longest time and chiodos took an amazing leap up my last.fm charts to number 1. craig's voice, while some hate it, is one i love. everything else aside, the album is fantastic and i can't help but realize that. favorites: 'bulls make money, bears make money, pigs get slaughtered', 'i didn't say i was powerful, i said i was a wizard','intensity in ten cities'.

Envy on the Coast - lucy gray
let's see, i got this record after reading an article about envy in ap. i had previously listened to their ep and thought it was okay, but nothing spectacular. after listening to lucy gray for the first time i knew that i was going to end up loving it, and i was right. as evident in a lot of my top picks, the lyrics really stood out to me. ryan's voice is one of absolute perfection and it fits... well, perfectly with the music. besides being great musicians, from what i've seen and heard they are amazing people as well, and i wish them all the best in future endeavors. favorites: 'vultures', '...because all suffering is sweet to me.', 'starving your friends'.

Say Anything - in defense of the genre
i wasn't a huge say anything fan prior to this release, and i still wouldn't call myself one. however, this cd is undeniably amazing. i don't even remember the reasoning behind me getting it. it was probably just because i heard about it being amazing on absolutepunk or whatnot. i was a little overwhelmed by all of the guest vocals and things like that, but i happened to like it quite a lot. obviously i liked it, or else it wouldn't have made my top ten. anyways, the lyrics, once again, are great and i really love max bemis' voice. there is obviously a story behind
each song, each moment, and albums that have stories are the best ones. favorites: 'sorry, dudes. my bad.', 'the church channel', 'plea'.

    Paramore - RIOT!

these lists are opinion and opinion only.
  • top 5 negativities.

    Dez 12 2007, 16h53

i've seen this one floating around. you basically just write what you dislike about your top 5 overall artists.

    1. Chiodos
Oh, goodness. I really don't like the fact that Craigery relies on so much medication. I don't like the fact that they cancelled their Australian shows to play with Linkin Park and Coheed and Cambria. I think that they made the Australian shows first, so they should stick with them. And this doesn't really have to do with them, but I don't like that people think they can just say shit about them whenever they want. AbsolutePunk, I'm talking to you.

    2. The Used
I don't like the fact that they never really come to Grand Rapids, and when they do they have shit opening acts. Also, I don't like it when Burt has to have surgery and whatnot. He needs to be healthy!

    3. Taking Back Sunday
I don't like that they released Louder Now: Part 1 with the CD. I think they should've made it seperate like they did for Louder Now: Part 2. I also don't like that they never seem to come to Michigan. They should come to Grand Rapids!

    4. Anberlin
I don't like their cover of Love Song. That's about it.

    5. Straylight Run
I want them to come to Michigan. They've skipped us on the last tour and their upcoming one. I also don't like that they got dropped from Universal. =[

Sleeping With Giants Tour - 11.14.07

So yeah, it was fun. Super fun. I found Joe and Kate and Mandy and Chels and pretty much everyone else from our school. I was front row, a little to the left. Pretty sweet. Hmm... I took some sweet pictures. Lost my hearing for a while, and my voice. But, it was worth it. I didn't meet anybody, but Ryland (Cobra Starship) posed for a picture after their set, while still on stage. He's pretty much amazing.

I'll write a more extensive review later maybe, this will just be what songs they played (or what I remembered). No pictures yet, because of my broken computer. They will be up when I get a new one, or when I can go to someone's house and upload them. So yeah.

These lists aren't in order, by the way.

    Cobra Starship
    The City Is At War
Send My Love to the Dancefloor, I'll See You in Hell (Hey Mr. DJ)
    The Church of Hot Addiction
    Guilty Pleasure
Bring It (Snakes on a Plane) - with Bill Beckett and special guest rapper from the crowd.

    Song In My Head
    ... that's all I remember.

    The Rocket Summer
    Do You Feel
    ... that's all I remember once again.
Two of the Sherwood guys, I believe, came up and played trumpets on one song. That was hot. And, I have to admit, the 'Rock It Some More' shirts were pretty clever.

    Armor for Sleep[artist]
    Smile for the Camera
    The Truth About Heaven
    Car Underwater
    Remember to Feel Real
    ... and some more.

    The Academy Is...
    Classifieds - with Gabe Saporta
    Same Blood
    Slow Down
    The Phrase That Pays
    Down and Out
    Almost Here
    LAX to O'Hare
We've Got a Big Mess On Our Hnads
    Bulls In Brooklyn
    Everything We Had
    Neighbors - with Ben Jorgenson
    Sleeping With Giants (Lifetime)

    Funny quote of the night:
Bill: "What time is it, Butcher?"
    Butcher: "It's party time!"

Favorite set was The Academy Is..., closely followed by Armor for Sleep and Cobra Startship.

Merch, I bought a Cobra shirt that has a bunch of stuff on it, and the new Armor CD, and got a free Cobra postcard thing and a free poster thing for Armor. I also tipped the merch guys at Cobra and Armor because I'm cool. Sweet pictures were taken - one with me and Miranda and Lauyrne. A few with me and Kate and Joe, throwing the fangs. That's how we do.

Pictures and a video come later, as I've mentioned.

    - Allison.

I'm bored. So, I'll do some surveys.

The album that gets me through the hard times is...:Brand New - The Devil and God Are Raging Inside Me.
I secretly wish I were a member of...:The Dresden Dolls, ha. Honestly.
If I were in a band, it would be named...:I don't know!
The song that's always getting stuck in my head is...:Something upbeat. A lot of times it's something by Tegan and Sara.
I cannot stand this song...:Big Girl's Don't Cry, by Fergie.
I'm sorry to say that this is my guilty pleasure...:I'm not guilty about anything I listen to.
You couldn't make me go see...:Ashlee Simpson.
Nobody knows this, but the only song that can make me cry is...:Limousine, by Brand New.
In my opinion, the saddest song in the world is...:Same as above, Limousine, by Brand New.
The absolute best album ever is...:Oh my... I could never pick.
I cannot understand why everyone likes...:Soulja Boy.
I honestly cannot understand why people can hate...:Paramore.
    Whenever I need a pick-me-up, I listen to...:Tegan and Sara.
The best head-banging song out there still is...:There's a lot.
In the case of singing in front of the school, I would definitely sing...:Intensity in Ten Cities, by Chiodos.
When I'm angry, I always listen to...:Drop Dead, Gorgeous - Worse Than a Fairy Tale.
I like to drive really fast & turn my speakers up to the max on...:I don't drive... but, when I am with someone I listen to... whatever comes up on my MP3 player.
The most original band out there today is...:Hmm... I really like Pierce the Veil's sound, it's different from a lot of others. No one probably agrees, however.
A song that makes me dance in public is...:If You Wanne Be My Lover, by the Spice Girls.
By far, the cutest/hottest musician is...:Oh my gosh. Nate Young has majour cute points. However, Jason Hale is yum. Not like it matters.
No matter what mood I'm in, I always laugh while listening to...:Hellogoodbye.
The #1 song that I can relate to the most is...:Dark Come Soon, by Tegan and Sara.
This band hits life & all its tough experiences on the nail...:Brand New, honestly.
I would rather get a root canal without novacaine than listen to...:Haha. Umm... the screamo version of Soulja Boy.
I love singing this song, but I do not know the lyrics to...:Probably something my sister listens to. Rilo Kiley, maybe?
A musician I personally look up to greatly is...:Stephen Christian.
One of the best love songs ever is...:Too many to choose.
I always go "Aww.." when I listen to...:Setting Up Sunday, by Meg & Dia.
It secretly creeps me out, but an awesome song is...:Jesse Buy Nothing..., by Hellogoodbye.
I cried when I heard this for the first time...:Intensity in Ten Cities, by Chiodos. But, not very often anymore.
A song that would definitely describe me is...:Didn't I already answer this? Dark Come Soon, by Tegan and Sara.
A lyric that gets me smiling is...:'Purple dog, on a Sunday afternoon. With my yellow duck, his name is Pooh.'
I bop my head to this song everytime I hear...:Guys Like You Make Us Look Bad, by blessthefall.
One music video that hit me deep is...:I'm Like a Lawyer..., by Fall Out Boy.
I like to scream the lyrics & head-bang real hard to...:Ha, Smile In Your Sleep, by Silverstein. Sometimes Shannon joins me.
A song that can get me to sleep is...:Transatlanticism, by Death Cab for Cutie.
I always seem to wake up with this song in my head...:I'll get back to you on that.
You know it's a "bad" song, but you listen to it anyway...:Jesse Buy Nothing..., by Hellogoodbye.
A song that describes my family real well is...:A Better Son/Daughter, by Rilo Kiley. Well, maybe not my family so much. I don't know how to explain it.
There's one artist/band that both my parents & I love, & they are...:My mom and I share love for AFI.
I would die to go see this band live in concert...:Envy on the Coast.
The CD I'm looking forward to most is...:The new Anberlin, next year.
My favorite oldies band is...:The Beatles.
One song to describe my life...:This question has been asked in different ways like three times. I'm still going to stick with Dark Come Soon, by Tegan and Sara.

Chiodos - 09.23.07 at the Intersection

So, I guess you could say this was my first actual 'hardcore' show. Besides Warped, but that doesn't really count since I didn't like... stand and watch full sets. Anyways, this show lived up to its expectations and more. I write crappy reviews so I'm not going to try and make it all fancy. I'm just going to say what I remember, what stood out most, etc.

We got there at like... 4:45 (doors are at 5:30) and there's already a line that goes down maybe 3 blocks. So, we hop in line and wait... for quite a long time. Exterior doors opened at 5:30 so we progressed up to about 20 feet from the door. Then, we stalled for a long time because the interior doors weren't open yet and yeah. But then, we go in, I get the 'M' on each hand, and yeah. I immediately shimmy up to the front and found that the right side was all open so I got about 3rd row/2nd row (it switched back and forth).

By this time, Pierce the Veil were already playing and I found myself really enjoying it. It just so happened that Craig Owens himself was standing right behind me for the majority of that set. I didn't have the nerve and didn't want to interupt the little time alone he was having so I didn't say hello or anything. Like I said, this set was pretty good. The best part was when Vic's microphone fell out of its stand and he had to use Jaime's. Then, that fat guy had to go fix Vic's. That was pretty great. I didn't remember full sets from the opening bands, only Chiodos. But, I know they sang Chemical Kids and Mechanical Brides and Yeah Boy and Doll Face. They dedicated the latter to all the... naughty girls in the crowd. I think that's what he said. I'm probably wrong. And they sang my personal favorite, I'd Rather Die Than Be Famous. I might be wrong on that though, haha. Soon enough, their set was over. We had to listen to Coheed and Cambria while Alesana set up, ugh.

So next... Alesana. I've never really liked them, and I didn't expect seeing them live to change that. And I was right. They were energetic I suppose but yeah, I just don't like their music. So, I can't say much about them. It was weird when the lead singer/screamer whoever was singing and just tracing the lettering on their signs. Hmmm... I know they sang Apology. That's about it.

The Devil Wears Prada was next. Everyone seemed really excited for them. Their music isn't something I love but I don't hate it either so I didn't mind sitting through their set. I know they sang one or two new songs and Modify The Pronunciation. The lead singer took out his fake tooth, that was pretty hot. My mom said we should've gotten a picture together and we both could've been toothless, hah. They were really energetic through and through which is nice to see. They got a really nice crowd response as well. Craigery was supposed to sing [track artist=The Devil Wears PradaYou Can't Spell Crap Without a 'C'[/track] with them but he totally didn't show.

Right, so then was the main act, Chiodos. They were, of course, the best set. From where I was standing I could see everyone fairly well, except Derrick. I was in a perfect spot to see Jason, too. I was happy because he wore his short shorts. Craig is such a personable frontman, it's crazy! He came over to our side a lot as well, which was cool. Highlights of this set were... Craig's crowd walk during [track artist=Chiodos]There's No Penguins in Alaska[/track], Jason pulling down said short shorts to display his new Chiodos 'C' tattoo (which I didn't have my camera on for), and just the amazing crowd response. All the singing along was amazing, especially during [track artist=Chiodos]Baby, You Wouldn't Last a Minute on the Creek[/track]. The Eminem-hand thing we did during [track artist=Chiodos]No Hardcore Dancing In the Living Room[/track] was pretty sweet as well. Towards the end, Jason started to like... sing along, I suppose, and it was the cutest thing ever. I'm trying really hard right now to contain the fan-girl in me! But, it was fucking amazing. I love that man even more now. For playing 13 songs, time really did fly by. I was sad when it was over. But, it was still one of the best nights of my life. Chiodos' set was (this is in order):
[track artist=Chiodos]The Undertaker's Thirst for Revenge Is Unquenchable (The Final Battle)[/track] - with Vic from Pierce the Veil
[track artist=Chiodos]The Words 'Best Friend' Become Redefined[/track]
[track artist=Chiodos]Bulls Make Money, Bears Make Money, Pigs Get Slaughtered[/track]
    [track artist=Chiodos]A Letter From Janelle[/track]
[track artist=Chiodos]There's No Penguins In Alaska[/track]
[track artist=Chiodos]If I Cut My Hair, Hawaii Will Sink[/track]
[track artist=Chiodos]We're Gonna Have Us a Champagne Jam[/track]
[track artist=Chiodos]Is It Progression If a Cannibal Uses a Fork?[/track]
    [track artist=Chiodos]Lexington (Joey Pea-Pot With a Monkey Face)[/track]
[track artist=Chiodos]Teeth the Size of Piano Keys[/track]
[track artist=Chiodos]Baby, You Wouldn't Last a Minute On the Creek[/track]
[track artist=Chiodos]Life Is a Perception Of Your Own Reality[/track]
[track artist=Chiodos]No Hardcore Dancing In the Living Room[/track]

Okay, so after they were done I went back to the bar area or whatever to find my mom. We then proceeded to get merch. At Pierce the Veil's section Jaime was working the table and I wanted to say good set or whatever so I went up and got their CD. Once again, I'm trying not to sound too fan-girly but... he said, "sure you can, sweety". That made me happy. So, I told him amazing set, blah, blah. Then we went to the Chiodos section. Craig was signing stuff and hanging out but there was a totally huge line so we passed that up. I bought a hoodie and a tee-shirt. Then we went back to Pierce the Veil's section so I could get a free Equal Vision Records sticker. Then, Jaime was still there, so I got a picture. Then we left. It was overall an AMAZING show, and I'm way sad it's over.

Step 1: Put your iTunes on shuffle.
Step 2: Post a line from the first 50 songs that play, no matter how embarrassing.
Step 3: BOLD the songs when someone guesses correctly.
Step 4: Looking them up on Google or any other search engine is CHEATING!

    1. She's sweeter than all the girls and I met quite a few. Nobody in all the world can do what she can do.

    2. We came down to watch the world walk by, and all she found was trouble in my eyes.

    3. I stumbled when I saw your intention. I screamed "from my eyes flow compassion for you!" Hoping words could, hoping words could move you.

    4. And I'll confess that I can be a little selfish. Yeah I'll admit, I don't want you to help me through this, I don't want to start over again.

    5. What is the significance, in playing the part? A smiling temperament, a sour tongue.

    6. You're laughing, 'cause they laugh at you. And then you scream out to all the empty pews.

    7. Reasons turned into excuses, the ones that I abused.

    8. Carve your number on my wall and maybe you will get a call from me.

    9. It reaches in and rips your flesh apart with ice cold hands and grabs a hold of your heart. That's if you've still got one that's left inside that cave you call a chest.

    10. I know you hurt in this beautiful misery. So read these words and we'll sing forever waste away.

    11. I watched you burning with the keys in my hand. You were screaming 'fucking let me go' as you were turning black.

    12. There's nothing left to say. I won't answer the phone. Your obsession is starting to lose it's charm.

    13. If you're gonna get up ,you might as well get up with me.

    14. "Go to hell" is all I thought for seven weeks, but I grew out of that phase looking at these broken photographs of people looking glossed like the way I do remember a summer ago.

    15. We don't know so we wait for tomorrow.

    16. Welcome to Hollywood, girl. Wake the fuck up in Hollywood, whore.

    17. Be careful what you wish for, these stars are fading now.

    18. But you think about yourself too much, and you ruin who you love.

    19. You need him, I should be him. I could be an accident but I'm still tryin'.

    20. I want my life to be more like a symphony. With chords encased, and scores of grace that rivals symmetry.

    21. Were you and he lovers? And if you were, then say that you were!

    22. Who shut off my electricity? Explained we just lack chemistry. And on the walls and on the shelves, she hung up pictures of herself.

    23. You want to be dressed in poetry, but imagery doesn’t fit.

    24. It's not gonna be alright but it's alright.

    25. We're only liars but we're the best, we're only good for the latest trends.

    26. Nervous tic, nervous talk, a glance, a grope, a giggle, a cough, a breath, a bust, a touch,
    a pause, a lust, a...

    27. When I'm home alone, I just can't stop myself.

    28. I love the way that we laugh until we cry, Dance until we die. I love the smile with which you look at me and say, 'get ready for this'.

    29. It starts out easy, something simple, something sleazy, something inching past the edge of reserve.

    30. We are the fabrication, we won't live. We are the fabrication, we won't die.

    31. I sent out signal flares, but no one out there seems to care.

    32. Stumble around the neighborhood with nothing to do.
You're always looking for something to sniff, smoke, or swallow.

    33. I want a house on a beach and you in my dreams. I need water, yeah, and a love, love, love, love.

    34. The fact about fiction is that it’s always in your head.

    35. This is how we like to do it in the murder scene. Can we settle up the score?

    36. So please just leave, you dont mean that much to me. You keep the ring, I'll take the Saturdays in bed.

    37. We always have been caged by the choices that we make.

    38. I wonder if you're listening, picking up on the signals sent back from within.

    39. I picked a bad day for the beach. Crowds of scarcely clad sides of meat.

    40. Tell me what love is good for. It only makes us more numb.

    41. We are famous faces. We are legends of the underground. The west coast is dying, but we're still getting down.

    42. When it reaches the end of the line, see myself reflected, in broken glass as the gates come crashing down.

    43. I see the parts but not the whole. I study saints and scholars both.

    44. Capture this void and fill it with the frenzy in my voice.

    45. My nose bleeds like a hangnail. I’m desperate like a bake sale that’s going stale.

    46. The 615 to Richmond's leaving, speak now or forever trade your piece of mind for peace and quiet.

    47. This blade it feels so cold, baby hold me while I'm shaking.

    48. So is it smart to be avoiding you like this? 'Cause I don't want to fall in love again.

    49. Yesterday was not quite what it could have been, as were most of all the days before.

    50. I'm living for my dying words.
