Hi Suzie! You've been jammin' with Jimi's 'Axis Bold As Love' album, that's my favorite Hendrix album! Funny anecdote--my wife steadfastly refused to name our first child Axis, but I practically got the go-ahead when the docs gave her sedatives as she was in labor. I decided against it in the end, cuz' I have to live with her forever and "Axis" would one day move out and Vengeance would be hers!

"Hi! Thanks for visiting! Is that your doggie or just a model? Nice job" Thanks for the kind comment - it's a portrait I did of my wonderful Keeshond Dina (although she could have been a doggie supermodel!) I'm just adding another portait to my profile of my other dog an English Springer.

When dinosaurs ruled the earth, the low price at the Fillmore East was $3! Then, when record companies started pushing "supergroups" like Crosby, Stills and Nash, they had to raise it to $5! (It escalated afterwards.) There were actual protests. Owner Bill Graham got his nose broken when he tried to address the crowd. And this was during the days of "flower power!" I miss seeing bands like McKendree Spring who sounded as good or better live than they did on record. Maybe it's time to switch to polkas!
