569 is defintely a change from their older stuff.. I think it was the first release after they had switched to BMG, and it really shows.. there are some great songs on the album but it sounds way too polished. love the raw sound of the old albums. :) But do me a favor and never listen to "Antenna", it's their worst album for sure.

hmmm, my personal fav is "Gyotaku", their second studio album. :) I've read somewhere that it's like a "best of" because there are so many great songs and I agree. But their third album "Tategami" is extremely popular among the fans. The first songs I had heard off these albums weere "Aa Seishun", "Ukifune" and "Ame nochi Ame nochi Ame", which instantly made me a fan :)

btw you like a lot of Japanese music, I recommend you give GO!GO!7188 a listen, if you haven't already. They're my most favorite band in the world. :) Really catchy tunes, if you like Chatmonchy I'm sure you'll like GO!GO! too!
