Buy some of these. I love these for listening to music on the train. They also make a great Christmas / Birthday present as they are much cheaper off ebay than in UK shops! ; )

If I'm in Manchester I go to Grand Central, The Salisbury, The Caged Asylum, Postmortem, or Jilly's Rock World. If I'm out in Warrington, it's usually Wired. If it's Liverpool it's only really The Krazy House. Preston - Venue or PR1, Nottingham Rock City, Sheffield - Corporation...
