Music you have in common includes Arvo Pärt, John Zorn, The Stooges and Bob Dylan. not bad. Try also Derya Türkan.

I see you've listened to SC3, but not their other albums, "Book of Horizons" "Hurqalya" and "First Grand Constitution...", I really recommend them.

Oh, and Naked City is definitely the best band ever.

What do you think of bands like Secret Chiefs 3, Estradasphere, Sleepytime Gorilla Musuem, etc? Personally I think bands that mix all kinds of music, such as middle-eastern and extreme metal, are just awesome. SC3 is one of my favourite bands ever.

Nijiumu is possibly the most scary, evil, dark, and shocking piece of music I've ever heard. His album Tenshi no Gijinka on tzadik is pretty creepy and has a dark, strange atmosphere, but it's very good. And his collabs on tzadik with Tatsuya Yoshida from Ruins are great too.

yeah, Keiji Haino's music is very dark, and really scary. Have you heard "Nijiumu"?

Oh my god, this is really off subject, but a dream came true just now. I'm finally hearing a fusion of blues and black metal, amazing. Btw, what do you think of black metal? Have you heard of the band Deathspell Omega?

yeah, I see what you mean. Some people tend to think TMV just went downhill after a certain album, but I think they're progressing, a lot. It got a little subtle with octahedron, but I can't wait to see what they do on their next album!

Yea, in the Court... is one of those albums that is always getting praised for "laying down the blueprint for prog" or whatever, and it seems a bit overrated, but it's definitely good. Their first 4 or 5 albums were amazing, after that the magic kind of faded away.

haha, Day of the Baphomets is probably the best song of the album. When i first started with TMV, I listened to nothing but that song, and slowly started exploring the rest of the album. Then I kind of moved through their discography chronologically.

Sobre mim

please feel welcome to listen to my library: just keep in mind that it does not represent my taste in music well. I am constantly looking for new music regardless of genre, I listen to other ppl's libraries, tag radios, artists stations, etc a lot. thus, my library accumulated a lot of stuff I listened to once, and will most likely never listen to again. that's just the way lastFM works. I hardly ban songs, as I have better things to do than sit in front of the computer and monitor what gets scrobbled. thus, a high percentage of what you will hear is such random stuff. if you are a subscriber, better tune in to my loved tracks.
