Recent studies have shown there is a strong correlation between what genres of music one listens to and their intelligence, social awareness and general health.
Unsurprisingly black metal usually appears near the top of these lists, this has only confirmed what I have thought for a long time. While choices such as "Rap/Hip-Hop", "Rock" and "All" are the marks of an idiot, Socially unaware, stupid, happy with their lukewarm group-think generated political ideals. A can of the latest repackaged shit labelled as Energy drink in their hand. A sweatshop manufactured Che Guevara T-shirt stretched over their obese bellies.
A listener of Black Metal shows the traits of a highly developed individual, a mind akin to philosophers and kings, an ability to find solace and passion in the nihilistic inferno of the genre.
Casual music listeners (which I wish no ill upon, a King needs peasants after all) will with a confused mind filled with jealousy dismiss Black Metal as "just noise" or "screaming" this is nothing but an infantile attempt at validating their inferiority, Sub-consciously, they will feel self hate and great personal loss that they do not feel what Black metal listeners feel. They are lesser beings (who I like just fine) of an undeveloped ear and mind who unable to comprehend what they heard, will insult in a childish manner.
Black Metallers are the over-man which Nietzsche spoke of, they feel the blackest depths and highest ecstasies which is manifested in Black Metal.
