I'm probably not the best person to ask about new albums, I have to admit. I just saw Broadcast about a week ago--good show, as expected. They have a new album (I think they're calling it a mini album) out with The Focus Group. I like it. It's kind of "psychedelic". Land of Talk are supposed to have out a new ep, but I haven't heard it yet. Not sure if you like them much. Andrew Bird's album, Noble Beast, has been out for a little while. I need to give that one a proper listen. There's very little going on over at the IMB to be honest, aside from Julian Plenti talk. A few old school types have shown themselves again (BedtimeStories, for example). But it's been pretty quiet. You're not missing much right now!

i agree its unfortunate re: undercharging- however, there is a whole staff of accountants in finance who spend their life processing and checking numbers so that business will prosper. and especially during such an economic whirlwind, everyone is being especially frugal. DEFINITELY pay the difference so you don't lose your seats! nin is a pretty big friggin deal! how much was the difference anyway? if it was more than 50 dollars, i'd be pissed.
