No problem. Glad you are enjoying it :) Slanted and Enchanted is also my personal favourite, but all five Pavement albums are amazing and none really stand out among the others. Each has its own distinct essence: S&E has a lot of energy, volume and noise; CRCR is poppier and folkier; WZ is their coolest, most experimental and most uncommercial album; BtC is charming, beautiful and delightful; and TT is dark, powerful and mature. Cheers :)

Wow, thanks! Yeah, I'm really nostalgic about the 90s. In fact, I rarely enjoy music of the 2000s. My favourite song ever is definitely "Fin" by Pavement. Other amazing songs by them are "Zurich is Steined", "Kennel District", "Cream of Gold", "Range Life", and the list goes on. You should also check Wowee Zowee out because I think it's their coolest and most experimental stuff. As for The Replacements, their magnum opus is Let It Be. It's one of the few albums that I absolutely love every single song on it. Their second best album (IMO) is Hootenanny and then in 3rd place it's probably Sorry Ma, Forgot to Take Out the Trash. Seeing that you are from India, you might as well be interested in Cornershop; "Brimful of Asha" is the hymn of the 90s if you ask me :) BTW, I also knew Bash & Pop from Clerks :)

Also thorn sounds amazing with vocal cancellation

i love it, and it's growing on me still. i wish they would tour places besides the UK and japan/korea :( btw, a few interesting songs to use the vocal cancellation on: only shallow, when you sleep, new you, and come in alone. as a guitarist im pretty heavily influenced by kevin, so it's always interesting to hear more clearly what he is playing, and vocal cancellation clears things up a bit

Hey - yep, loving the album so far, though it does have a fair number of 4-star (as opposed to 5-star) songs. :) But I'm still getting to know it! have you heard it?
