The way clothing is produced, mainly. Sweatshops, non-recyclable materials, the entire industry reeks of production aimed only to help the producer. Which as common as that is among humans, i cant help but feel it could be changed. There is plenty of technology to change the essential compounds of fabric and make it bio-degradable, but that would never fly among the high fashion types. The entire idea of fashion, that it needs to be changed every season and that one must toss their old things and buy an entirely new wardrobe is pretty stationary. It just seems to me, that there is not enough progress being made to make the industry conscious of its faults, and how to fix them. It just gets so controversial with sweatshops, and child-labor.
