yeah thats true, OSDM has decent lyrics i suppose..very few black metal bands have decent lyrics, most of them being the ones that deal with nature,depression and such...goregrind isnt my kind of genre exactly, just have a handful of bands that i can like..but if you're hinting at all that gory lyrics, well then even most of BDM, obsessed with gore,sickness,splatter and such stuff, has pretty poor lyrics.. but anyway, i dont pay any attention to lyrics of anything really, so all that doesnt bother me at all..a good band is the one that can musically express/convey whatever they want to express irrespective of whether their lyrics is good or bad or even absent or whatever :) for instance if a band plays brutal death metal with all the gore and sickness as their theme, then well they should be able to express the gory sickness in terms of riffs and vocals,etc irrespective of how good or bad their lyrics is..imo all this is ofcourse :)

oh i see...well as for Gorgoroth, they've produced less amount of good music material than they've produced media attention and poserism..anyway, i like almost all kinds of BM except the symphonic BM ones...but more than the nature-inspired ones, i like the raw and/or ambient blasphemous/satanic/misanthropic/whatever ones :)

oh i see, so you're not into BM..and btw , not just NSBM, but a majority of extreme metal has ridiculous lyrics :D..not that i even read lyrics, I dont give a shit about lyrics, but when i do read them once in a while, particularly in black metal, they're pathetically funny :D...although I do love black metal...as i said, i just care about the music, and musically BM of any kind is beautiful to me :P...and yeah i too like 60s,70s rock, psychedelic or otherwise, although i dont listen to them much anymore :)
