What was the first song you ever heard by #6?:

I'm going to guess Mediocrity Rules .

What is your favorite album of #2?:

Dig Me Out, hands down. I'd have trouble choosing a second favorite, though.

What is your favorite lyric that #5 has sung?:

"Dude, you're so fired." from track artist=Lucinda Williams]Come On[/track] , because it amuses me that such a lyric comes from someone that was named America's Best Songwriter by Time magazine.

How many times have you seen #4 live?:

Three times! Brian and I went to see them in Chicago and caught an acoustic set at Tower Records beforehand, then later I went to see them in Bloomington with my friend Alex.

What is your favorite song by #7?:

Well, my most listened to track is track artist=Liz Phair]Support System[/track] , but i'd probably say track artist=Liz Phair]Dance of the Seven Veils.

What is a good memory you have involving the music of #10?:

My friend Maggie was obsessed with Ordinary Angels when we were in high school. We stopped being friends, and a year later I remembered the song but couldn't remember who sang it. This was back before there were a million lyrics sites, so finding out via internet search took awhile. It was really awesome when I did find out it was Frente! and got the cd.

Is there a song of #3 that makes you sad?:

Listening to some of the songs on Under The Blacklight make me sad because they're CRAP.

What is your favorite lyric that #2 has sung?:

"If I’m to run the future you’ve got to let the old world go." - One Beat

What is your favorite song by #9?:

Going Blonde is a fun song.

How did you get into #3?:

I heard that Jenny Lewis and the dude from Salute Your Shorts had a band, heard The Frug, and fell in love.

What was the first song you heard by #1?:

Seether, when the video came on MTV. Remember when they played videos?

What is your favorite song by #4?:

    Off My Mind.

How many times have you seen #9 live?:

None! It's a travesty. My big excuse is that I don't know anyone who would go with me and i'm a pussy about going to concerts alone.

What is a good memory you have involving #2?:

Seeing them in concert with my sister-in-law, this was their second-to-last tour so i'm glad that I didn't blow the show off.

Is there a song of #8 that makes you sad?:

Songs by Eels that don't make me sad would be a shorter list! I listened to It's a Motherfucker a lot while Brian was gone.

What's your favorite album of #5?:

    World Without Tears.

What is your favorite lyric that #3 has sung?:

Any chimp can play human for a day.
Use his opposable thumbs to iron his uniform
and run for office on election day
fancy himself a real decision maker
and deploy more troops than salt in a shaker.

    - It's A Hit

What is your favorite song of #1?:

    Disconnected.

What is your favorite song of #10?:

Ordinary Angels is my happy song.

How many times have you seen #8 live?:

    None, I blame Brian.

What is your favorite album of #1?:

If we're not counting EPs because they're not full albums, Eight Arms To Hold You.

What is a great memory you have concerning #9?:

Sad, but even though i've been listening to her for over a decade, I can't think of anything that stands out.

What was the first song you heard by #8?:

Novacaine For The Soul, when I saw the video.
