i have resolved that you are definitely my twin somehow, we're too similar its kinda scary! oh man, last year had the most epic >18+ sideshows...missed out on SO MANY. :( but ah, what i think is that if you're truly passionate about med, don't ever let go of that dream! not everyone gets in the first place and i know many smart ppl who only got in the 2nd go, don't give up! ive heard stories about med sci where ppl are so competitive and hence, getting places for grad med is going to be hard. but i reckon if you are keen for research, then go ahead and do it :) haha, physio is okay so far, i'm finding it pretty tough though at times...especially all the human anatomy involved. but ultimately, its interesting :) but yeah..i think i still want to do med...maybe...BUT COME TO USYD!! :D

ah! lucky you for having gig standard buddies, i unfortunately don't. lol, being 18 is rather liberating with regard to an 18+ concert, went to my first one for foster the people. when i was <18, i missed out on so freaking many, like gypsy and the cat. oh man, i cannot wait to hear bon iver live, it will be an amazing and incredibly surreal experience, i've seen youtube videos of his gigs and am just so blown away by their talent. ugh! can't wait. anyway, you must be my twin or something cause this time last year when i was doing my hsc, i really wanted to do medicine as well. unfortunately my umat failed me and now im doing physio. ahhahaha!

hello! i believe we became last.fm friends a while ago but i just can't help but be amazed at our super our music taste compatibility is. do u have the same problem as i do as in how sometimes you cannot find ppl to go to concerts with?

definitely going to laneway, no doubt about that. may go to the brisbane laneway aswell depending on how awesome the lineup is. I'm going to putoff bdo purchase for a month or two. with bon iver i really want to go but my budget is tight and id have to do the same thing as bdo.

I'm pretty fanatical about Bloc Party :P Did you catch Kele at Splendour or a sideshow? I got to see him when he came to Adelaide which was brilliant, The Version of 'This Modern Love' was just brilliant! When are Bloc party coming, are they all coming over to do DJ sets?? that seems crazy, surely they are going to tour then??? This is news to me! I think you can't go past Transatlanticism, Tiny Vessels binding into the Title track still gives me shivers every time, Ben is a genius! I've been hitting the old school radiohead a bit more of late, I love the synth feel to Kid A, its relaxed and mellow, a great album to put on before bed, which i am about to do :) Have you heard much 'Four Tet'?, you should look up a song he has done recently called "Locked", let me know what you think of it :)
