the 80s had a lot more than just the clash..plus they were kind of british...so british politics were more their sort of bag.
reagan youth, dead kennedys, minutemen...all better at articulating political opinions than the clash. and crass were better at it as far as british politics of the time went anyway. fuck the clash. -
