Soilwork Gig (Manchester/Oct 18th)
Out 20 2005, 22h30
Another band to add to the "Wow they played a fuckin' tight set" list.
I missed the opening act as I was buying my tour shirt/at the bar. The second band hatesphere played quite nicely.
Then after a (short) wait, Soilwork came on! They played amazingly tight, playing a mix of both old and new songs (though most was NBC-STD era). I even got on stage during The flameout, which was "fuckin' A'" as Speed kept saying through out the show, they also kept taunting the crowd with PanterA (Walk riff) between songs!

I'll put the photos of the gig online when I'm at my Dad's next. -
Gigs, Cds, Dvds, Merch at gigs... I need a job!
Out 8 2005, 13h54
Jesus H. Christ! I need some money desperately. I've worked out that with all of the above I need just over £200 (Before the Arch Enemy/SYL tour date, I need £40 for that) and I can only come up with £90.
What I need it for: I need it for the new Children of Bodom Cd that comes out on Monday. Then there is the Soilwork gig that I need money for merch. Then the new Rammstien CD and Sepultura DVD. Then In Flamesare supporting Motorhead, and I'll need money for merch then. Then a gap for a bit and then Chimaira and Dark Tranquillity are playing, and I need to buy the tickets yet! So with merch that's £64! Then finally the Arch Enemy/SYL tour that I'll need money for. This is without buying Xmas presents!
So I desperately need a job! Anyone who now a place where a 16 guy can work part-time in Manchester please tell me. -
