I'm super psyched for the next few weeks, they're gonna be so jam-packed with awesome shows!
Next weekend is gonna be totally ridiculous seeing Dismemberment Plan at the Black Cat. We're going both nights, so I hope it's just two completely different shows, both equally awesome. Say hi if you're going, or we can drive or take the metro together and stand in line early to be awesome and in front! :-D
ALSO, May 12 is the Ahleuchatistas show in Baltimore that I'm super psyched for. When they played at the station, I was manning the baked goods, and it was so loud, so I didn't go in and watch, but everyone raved about how amazing they are just to SEE them play. Just amazingly technically awesomely good. And since then, I've been like ARGH, I NEED to see them. So, I'm very excited they're coming around again, and now I'm a lot more familiar with their music, so it's gonna be even better.
Hey, if you're interested in going to see the Ahleuchatistas, let me know, we can carpool or something since it's an annoying drive and probably in a weird, hard-to-find place--as my experience with going anyplace in Baltimore warns me. So yeah, definitely let me know if you wanna go. I think it's $15, but I promise it will be worth it...there's an event page I made, so if you wanna go, just say you're attending, and I'll work out the driving!
