Sorry, that's not quite what I meant. I know the drawing was based on a type of greek vessel and staring at it could certainly cause no damage whatsoever - but I personally found it to have the characteristic of becoming harder to grasp as a complete image the more I looked at it . Sometimes that's a desired effect, but you'd know that. In fact, I found it to be a very beautiful drawing. I was just using 'cognitive dissonance' as a rather loose metaphor. Apologies.
