"Documentary Logic" is a fallacy that often comes up in arguments about music. Documentaries are often a biased and hyperbolic point of view in history, and shouldn't be taken seriously. No one operates in a vacuum; no single person or group can initiate large movements.

If you are reading this, you might suffer from an addiction to the novelty of downloading music. You might have found that music doesn't excite you anymore, and the only way to get a mental reward is when you hear something that doesn't take influence from something you have already heard. Instead of looking for new experiences in music, you can only focus on the similarities. You are desensitized to music. I would recommend deleting everything besides the music you really love and listen to often. Maybe, just maybe, you will be able to appreciate music again.
