I have split this journal entry into three sections. Firstly, there is a list of active bands and projects which are, funnily enough, active. This way, you know what to expect in the near future. After that, there is a list of recorded output (chronologically, most recent first) featuring myself. And finally, there is some plugging of nits and pieces which don't feature me at all. Everything I have endeavoured to provide a brief description of, so you can check out what interests you and ignore what wouldn't. Feedback is welcome, but it may better be directed at the artist page in question.
Active Bands/Projects:
"Project 34", who are an experimental/avant-garde rock band based in Southampton, UK. We have not recorded yet because we have been a bit slow to get off of the ground, but I'm fairly confident that once we get going properly it will easily be the best I have yet put my name to.

FetalMolk, who are a Metal/Folk band based in Tring (Hertfordshire), UK. Not the tightest of units (but hey, we do folk, so nobody will notice ;p) but nice, fun and upbeat. Entered a Battle of the Bands competition in December, which we one best original track at, but again we have yet to record.

Conspiracy Theorists, who I'm not even sure are a genuine band. It's a two piece acoustic busking kinda think with Jash. We may use the material and embelish it for FetalMolk. Or we may record an acoustic album. or we may not. We'll have to wait and see.

Invited to join BBB as a guest guitarist (I know the bassist) for one album. The entire band is built around entirely improvised nonsense. Frequently, we don't even know what keys each other are playing in. It's not recommended for anybody unless you happen to be mentally ill or like the idea of a band using music as a platform for fun rather than audible coherency. So if you check it out, you have been warned. On the plus side, it's all available for free download. The official genre for this album is "twangcore", stemming from my use of the Jaw Harp on one track (NAME).

My first recorded output. Remnants was borne out of a failed Rock Opera, due to time constraints not allowing us to be able to produce what we want. The result is rock with a strong 70's influenced "classic rock" feel. You can also tell that my love of prog crept in, but this manifested itself mostly in diversity rather than progressive songs. Far from brilliant (not to mention the recording quality), but an unnoffensive listen. All tracks are available for free download except the Studio Banter, which is probably for the best. Hall of the Mountain King is a destruction of an Edvard Grieg composition.

Shining Colours, who are a light rock band which feature my brother on keyboards. They were short lived and only recorded one track,
Paranoia (2008), which is available for free download.
Tramp Etiquette, who are another light rock band local to my home town, and with whom I had associations with in their early years. Now, they are receiving some modest success and airplay. Definitely worth checking out.

Self Diagnosis - Endless Satire (2006), is an album of spoof material written by Dan. Due to copyright issues (as in, we used to original music) we cannot spread the files and are used solely for personal use. But I thought I'd mention it, just to wind up Dan.
