Hey, have you heard the new NOFX album? I wrote a review.. it's nothing to get excited about. I'm talking about the album here. The review, on the other hand... :P And I'm getting even less excited about this 21st Century Breakdown thing... the title track seriously takes THREE riffs from Jesus of Suburbia!!!

The new U2 song has a (far too) brief section which recalls QOTSA in spooky mode. And there's a hip-hop bit. Bono doesn't rap. I mean the drums are hip-hop :) Haha, nah I picked up on what you intended to say. Did I tell you I magically found a copy of NMH's first album?? It's out of print here but there was an import in stock on that lucky day. I read the myspace blog, but haven't actually seen any footage...I'll go check it out when 'Enema of the State' finishes :D:D You know, Blink might encourage me to go against my beliefs and actually mosh!! I'm excited/worried about this new album, though. Never underestimate the power of the understatement (or is it overstatement? eh)

If there was one band with all members still living that I could bring back, it'd be them. Six months ago I would've said Blink, or maybe Blur, but it looks like both of those wishes came true :D
