Nov 4 2010, 11h37>Place for a song of a buzzband with catchy and easy-to-recognize beginnning.
>Place for a slow/chill song
>Place for a relevant pop song
>Place for timeless classics
>Place for electro/indietronica song
>Place for a song of obscure extremely new band with 200 listeners on last.fm (may be post-punk)
>Place for an entrylevel-but-appealing-to-many-listeners song
>Place for shoegaze/dream pop song
>Place for a song that was actual 2 years ago (to make listeners nostalgic yeah)
>Place for a song that was really unexpected in this tracklist (you always may say that you played it IRONICALLY)

Jun 21 2010, 10h41I'm still thinking of the persect tracklist formula. Tracklist for the radio I mean.
May be something like this:
>take some good old known-by-everybody music
>mix it with a part of entry level indie
>add some buzzbands and overhyped hipster shit
>and a little bit of obscure extremely new post-punk with 200 listeners
>and a wee bit of shoegaze and dream pop
>and then some electro or indietronica
>and some music that was actual 2 years ago (to make listeners nostalgic yeah)
>and some songs that are really unexpected in this tracklist.
But I'm nnot sure about the amount of each one.
