After listening to it a few more times I can confirm that I like it. Green Naugahyde is tied for 3rd favorite Primus album, behind Frizzle Fry and Pork Soda. (And tied with The Brown Album.) Tales From the Punchbowl is thus pushed to 5th. We shall see if this holds up over time.

Agree with you on Clapton man, Back Home along with August, Pilgrim are all shit albums! When you listen to his output after Derek & Dominos, very little of his solo material lives up to the reputation he holds! Heard he has a new album out soon & if its any good I might be going to see him live in Glasgow :).

Oh man...I don't know. I wouldn't say it's better, but I'd say it's easily one of the two or three greatest Beatle covers evah.

I'm diggin the Floyd wave you are currently on. I have a recommendation for you. Little off beat but awesome. Band is "April Smith and the Great Picture Show" and the album is "Songs for a Sinking Ship" Really cool stuff

Amusing. As I'm sure you know, Supermarkets are at their very best on the graveyard shift. Unfortunately, there is one employee at my local Safeway who loves to listen to Whitney Houston - full blast- "I Will Always Love You". O.K. if it was Dolly Parton (the original) Otherwise it's always fun...
