Maybe that Crazy Frog thing, the first one with all the beeps

Marilyn Manson

Flyleaf is one, there are many (thanks to the internet)

Thea Gilmore, Amy Lee, Sarah McLaughlan

Too hard to say
8. Music type you find yourself listening to most?
Rock of some kind I guess, although that’s a very wide-ranging term
9. What do you listen to hype you up?
Something fast I guess, or bouncy, or just that I know really well to sing along to

Depeche Mode’s Violator album
11. Last gig/concert you went to?
Friend’s band. Before that it might have been Bullet for My Valentine, ages ago. Got a few lined up over the next month or so though

That varies

Hard to pick just one… a few honourable mentions would be The Cheeky Girls, The Arctic Monkeys, The Streets, and Lily Allen (not a band, but shouldn’t be anywhere near a mic anyway)

Various by Lifehouse, Covenant, Gary Numan, and Assemblage 23

Not sure, not a big watcher of music with not having MTV at home

I just play the usual stuff really, although probably something not too heavy/annoying for the other person

Of course. I’ve been in one in a crowd on 15,000 too

Nope, and never have been.

Yes

It would be cool to be able to play guitar, but I don’t really have the inclination, or the time, to actually learn so I’m happy enough not knowing

Evanescence I guess, seeing as other good female vocals tend to be solo artists

Last song on CD would have been Rico’s Recommended Dose, on the radio it would have been Gwen Stefani’s What You Waiting For while I was in Quality Save the other day
25. What do you think of classical music?
Not something I would listen to much, but Orff’s O Fortuna from Carmina Burana is great when I’m in the mood for it, and some bands manage to incorporate classical sounds fairly well

Not for me, although I have danced to Shania Twain once, in Liverpool
27. What do you think of Death metal?
Not too keen on the vocals really, prefer cleaner vocals myself

I don’t think Thea Gilmore is all that famous, or the guys from Squid or GF93. Oh, I did kind of ‘meet’ Spunge at a signing session I helped out with, and Spineshank at a different signing session, and I’ve spoken to people from Linkin Park and Godhead, and got an email from Sean Brennan from London After Midnight, and done an email interview with someone from Dawn of Oblivion. Oh, and met Sarah from Girls Aloud several times as she’s my friend’s sister’s friend.

Couple of friends are in bands, and have a link to Sarah (see above)

Not sure really, feeling fairly nonchalant

Hard to say yet, I’m only in my 20s!

No, too many bands, too many members

No, I don’t even know what a lot of the bands I listen to look like

I am quite a fan of soundtracks… faves would include Labyrinth, The Crow, Hideaway and Not Another Teen Movie

My dad doesn’t really listen to much music-wise, but my mum’s into allsorts, from Dire Straits to Ricky Martin
