I have decided to do some research all up to the actual Eurovision Final to see who is the favorite among Eurovision Fans.
Ofcourse, it is a bit limited, I am only looking at those who are among my friends at last.fm.

Every week from 16-23 March on I take the 3 most played Eurovision Songs for 2008 in each friend's playlist from the past week. Number one get 15 points, number 2 receives 12 points, and number 3 receives 10 poiints.

I do NOT look at english or original versions, so if someone plays both versions only one counts.

The 28 people involved are from the following countries: Poland(6), USA(4), Macedonia(1), Spain(2), Chile(1),Sweden(2), Russia(3), Peru(1), Ireland(1), Belgium(2), germany(1), Greece(1), Argentina(1), Netherlands(1).

The moment I began, there was a clear winner. Although some people have not been able to listen to all songs yet and change might come in the following weeks.

But here is the top for the week of 16-23 March.

Next week a new update, maybe with more people involved… Is Sweden going to be the favorite for the first place???
