Holy shit.. there were over 1000?!?! Did you get in?? Well, my friend and I tried for it... but we're turned back halfway because it was bumper to bumper up the 5 freeway. I was really sad, but now I'm glad we didn't drive all the way there only to wait in a 1000 person line. haha... so did you get in?

Ha ha...no. There are times that I think I may be getting tired of them...and then I listen to them and realize that it's not even close to being true. And this isn't even an accurate reflection, last week all I listend to in my car was a Charlatans mix that I had made for a friend, but it was such a good mix that I couldn't part with it yet...so that count should be much higher.

damn. is that really true (about the poor attendence to Ladyhawke shows)? i really think she deserves better. along with the Ting Tings, La Roux and Little Boots. kind of a sad commentary when acts like Nickelback (to name one) sell out big venues in comparison. just curious, have you heard the new Dead Man's Bones cd yet? the cd came out today. it's great October/Halloween music with a great folk bent. now i have something else to seasonally play besides Oingo Boingo, Nick Cave and Siouxie Sioux.
