Mixtape songs is our way of getting music we like to you. We are a mixtape blog that also features bands with members originally from our home town, Kelowna B.C, Canada. Kelowna is often overshadowed by our largest neighbor Vancouver and understandably so. Many great bands come from there: Destroyer, Black Mountain and New Pornographers to name a few. On our site you can listen to tracks and download full albums from bands that once were or currently are.

The second half of this site is our blog. We hope that you discover some new tunes, pick up the latest album or even make a new favorite band. Most of the songs we post can’t be downloaded for free so make sure to check out the artists / labels site and if you like it, buy it.

We don’t run ads and we don’t make money off sales so if you would like to donate time, bandwidth or money it would really help out. Feel free to add a link to us or drop us a line.
