    I would but I wouldn't have any time to practice. I'm already buried in stuff I have to do so I've been putting music on the back burner. Hey, I think cooking the food yourself is kind of a fun experience BUT you should only do it if you know what you're ordering/doing. It gets confusing if you don't. I haven't been to a proper Korean BBQ since I was in Korea but I do miss it. My mom makes Korean food occasionally but we make a lot of culturally diverse food.

    After our cronut adventure, we'll have some Korean food and get fat. Then I'll run to New York and back to burn it all off.

    Cello music? That's really cool. I just play whatever I feel like playing, honestly. If there's a song I like, I pick it out by ear and jam until I find another song I want to play. Sometimes I'll try to figure out bass lines on the keyboard because that's how much I want to play bass. ;-;

    Well, that's awesome. What kind of stuff do you play? I don't know, Korean moms just like to feed people. She sounds exactly like my mom actually. Anytime we have someone over, she's always giving cookies away or cooking up a buffet. The only problem is you have to learn when to stop eating or you'll become a chubby dumpling.

    Aw, I'm jealous of your bass skills. If I could choose any other instrument to learn, it would definitely be bass. Muscle memory is a hell of a thing, eh? I took classical lessons when I was a kid but I got bored of them after a while so my dad let me do my own thing. Also, my mom made some homemade red bean stuff after I had mentioned it to her. I would have saved some for you but ya know...

    I play the keyboard and I have a keytar to boost my rocker cred. I also have a Stratocaster but I haven't put in the time to get decent at it. Do you play anything?

    Music, mostly. I haven't quite found my niche but I'd like to go somewhere in the realm of songwriting, producing, or performing. I'm still learning the ropes of all that but music has been my goal from the start c:

    Oh, no. I think they pulled the plug in around 2005. It was a cute little website though. I remember how it looked back in the day and it still runs as a fond memory in the family.

    He got into designing websites and SEO. He moved to the valley for a change, I guess. There were probably different opportunities. Also, he met my mom at Venice (while he was rollerblading around shirtless) and they somehow ended up creating a women's clothing business around '97-98. It was one of the first online clothing stores around, I believe.

    He is. He also used to live in SanFran in the 80's and he was an entrepreneur. He invented stuff and did a bunch of start-ups. Sooo, you and I are indirectly linked in a very distant way.

    Oh, that's neat! Hockey is a cool sport. I used to down to Venice and Santa Monica a lot when I was little and you often saw people play street hockey. My dad did that at one point actually.

    Oh, I feel like I've told you before. Maybe that's just my failing memory, who knows. I haven't been doing it for long. Maybe about a month or two now but it's really enjoyable and it's a kickass workout. I used to do taekwondo when I was about 4-7 so it's not too foreign to me.

    Probably. We could just live off salads for a while after. Or I could do my kickboxing thing everyday until I'm back down to my regular weight and you could... do whatever you do :D

    Nah, we'll just split the burgers and exercise our asses off. Or you could run to LA and I'll run to SanFran. Works either way. We could just meet in the middle, too. Eat the burgers at our checkpoint.

    Oh btw, if the opportunity comes along, we're trying the cronut burger. In addition to our artery-clogging plans for the ramen burger. The Luther burger is cool but not as exciting as cronuts. Donuts have lost their sparkle.

    Oh god, this is so amusing. I have those pore strips except mine are black because they have charcoal or whatever. Makes you look like some kind of beat up warrior, it's great.

Sobre mim

I'm DormoTheNord. I'm not really Nordic, but I was a Nord in Morrowind so I guess that counts.
