pretty cool guy...moody sometimes...drink too much and love curry!Seriously,love my music,this last fm m'larky is totally amazing,music format has certainly advanced in quantum leaps since i first listened to music on my dads old goodmans one ten hifi system with a top loading akai tape deck.didnt get my first record deck until 1978 and that was from the insurance payout that he received from me getting knocked off my push bike!..and ever since then i had to walk to school..lol..but at least i cud listen to my handful of lps ,the first one i ever purchased was pink floyd animals closely followed by a best of jimi hendrix ,and foxtrot and nursery cryme by genesis...and the rest is history!!!!!....and history has come around again,full circle in fact.Im now wasting away my diminishing years converting all my old tapes and albums to mp3.A time consuming but uplifting task.Some tracks get the old heave ho and from time to time some little gems appear.Hearing the first light of day for over 20 years in some cases!!!!Only another 3000 lp tracks and 4000 cassette tracks to go.I get the feeling ill be dead before i get a chance to listen to them all...hahahaha what a happy thought indeed!....boring old anorak arn't I?
... I have now given up on the tapes and vinyl conversions as i have recently discovered Spotify.com thanx to my eldest niece,god bless her!Theres just so much stuff that goes back to my early years and its fantastic having all that choice at my fingertips!
Ok,theres one or two adds every 15 to twenty minutes but its a small price to pay for such an extensive library of music!
