I know what you mean. People usually can't appreciate Ireland because of the weather; I was in Wexford in June/July and it was always raining! But I love rain and cold weather, so it wasn't a problem XD I fell in love with your country as it's full of green areas (here in Italy you can see buildings everywhere u look). And, u are right, people in Ireland are really friendly,(especially when the sun is shining) and I met lots of fantastic guys. You are really lucky, it would be great for me living in your country :P

I'm O'Hooligan, I live in Ireland, and I my preferred music is very much Irish Folk/Traditional (Dubliners, Christy Moore, Wolfe Tones, etc.) along with first wave Punk (The Clash, Sex Pistols, Ramones, etc.) I am not a very big fan of modern music, I generally find it repulsive, actually.
I also play Guitar and the Banjo.
