Does anyone find that specific songs are especially good at arousing emotions. Listening to classic rock i know there are a lot of songs like this, but my the two most powerful for me are Boys of Summer by Don Henley and Wonderful Tonight by Eric Clapton. I've always found it something interesting to think about becuase music dictates much of my life. I live for certain bands and artists so its very important to me.
What songs for you, classic rock or any genre, evoke the most emotion for you?
some other powerful bands are (and to just add some connections)
Crosby, Stills, Nash, and Young
The Beatles
John Lennon
other Eric Clapton primarily Derek and the Dominos
Elton John
Derek Trucks Bandmy personal favorite band
Pink Floyd
There are a lot i haven't listed, and a lot of bands i wouldn't put in this category, like i love Led Zeppelin but they don't evoke emotion like these bands/artists do. Does anyone else feel like this about music?
