I'm having a momentary shameful lapse in Bucket. It's very sad.

haha nice list :) and imho buckethead displays more creativity than hendrix but because his eccentric nature will not enable him to have any impact on the masses

-soundscapes Buckethead could paint here and there throughtout the album. Somehow this just wasn't my cup of coffee (or rather tea). American musicians who can produce in quality studios should do something to that stuffy, flat production, especially the artists whose guitars are singing the way Buckethead's is. They should take some influence from Europe for that. This album wasn't the worst case of it, but it was there nonetheless. Clearer and authentic, not-so-industrial and plastical sounds could've made this far better an album. Hmmh. Basically I liked the first four songs, then got bored until Bird... which was by far the best song on the album. I'm yet to hear a good guitar album, so maybe guitar-driven instrumental albums aren't for me. Also, listening to an album of this stuff already borys me, so, maybe I really should stick to separate songs. :) Elephant Man's... was an okay effort though!

Hey there again! Well, I downloaded Elephant Man's Alarm Clock and listened to it. My feelings about it are a bit mixed. It started with a killer song Thai Fighter Swarm which was wankgasmic and a bit funny... I kept going and got bored somewhere in the middle of Lurker at the Threshold. Its first part's intro was very Gunns n' Roses-ish so I expected a lot more melodical grip from it. -.- I got a bit bored towards the end. Oakridge Cake (Tribute to Kool Keith) I didn't get at all, and it was a horrible filler. It was odd... The lead melody towards the end started to sound pleasant enough though. Gigan wasn't good, Droid Assembly was okay I guess, but the best song of the album was definitely the funky Bird with a Hole in the Stomach. It had sort of everything! What a pleasant mixture of many styles. During Fizzy Lipton Drinks I actually took a throat pastille and boiled some Lipton tea, and these two combined was a mistake... :D EMAC the song really sounded like its name. Some great-

Yep, I'm currently in heat with Devin Townsend! I've also heard of Buckethead but is still on my backlist. Any recommended songs to start with?

Might happen during the next half a year, or might not. I'll contact you if I still remember your nick. :D Or I'll write to Buckethead shoutbox anyway.

Ah, well. It seems, after that kind of recommendations, I need to listen to Buckethead some more after all... Thanks for the suggestions! I'll dig some of that stuff out once I'm in the mood. Possibly just those recommended songs though. The whole albums proved to be boring for me. :/ Who knows, if I like some separate songs, I might check that album out as well!
