Fantastic gig, amazing live, great atmosphere! :D

The Holloways performance was a brilliant mixture of songs from their excellent new album No Smoke, No Mirrors and their debut album from a few years ago So This Is Great Britain. They really connected with the crowd, and everyone in the room it seemed was dancing, with lots of energy.

The venue wasn't bad, but I have been in much better. They are even better live than on record, I was impressed. I went with my cousin that I haven't seen in a while after my mate from art college pulled out, we had a great night out.

I met one of the band afterwards, and got the chance to speak to one of them too, nice bloke! He said that they are hoping that they might be able to do an American tour next year, depending on how well the album does here. On this performance, there is every chance that that will happen.
