So, I was planning on going before I found out about my work hours this summer. I'll still be in Princeton working with kiddies until 6 every week night until late August. I want to look into her weekend show tour dates. Aba/Katryn reunion + Lykke show + good times in NY = ultimate fantasy

proposition_61 Wow, that's crazy! What are you doing there? I'd like to visit someday, but it's definitely way too hot for me to live! Haha, one day we'll totally meet - before I die, I'd like to hit every state and province (territories, if I'm being ambitious), soooo yeah. I also let random strangers stay at my place, if you ever make it this way, lol. :-P It has been raining for the past month or so here (avg rain 5 days/ wk), but so much greenness and the warmer rainy days are nice! Yep, plenty of shows, though I also have plenty of being broke...

Hahaha... oh... moving... ha. Let's just say I'm glad that I have a place now despite the fact that I have been sleeping on the floor for the past month since I haven't had time to put my IKEA bed together, lol! Ah, no Avi Buffalo... it sucks bc there are so many great shows, but I've just been so busy, I miss most of them! And it didn't help that I have a evening class this semester and the next. At least the shows I've been able to catch have been really awesome! How have things been with you??

Aw, what a shame! Yeah, Cleveland Thermals shows are supposed to be really great. I have yet to see them in Cleveland, but both the shows I saw elsewhere were really good and people were really into it. Oh, and yeah, I've just listened online to the latest album, but I'm not sure how I feel about it... I really didn't like the last album until I listened to acoustic versions of some songs and saw it played live and even then... I *like* it, not love like the old stuff. :-(

Menomena was alright, not a huge fan of their new stuff. I hadn't heard it until the show. !!! was excellent, they played a great set, sounded good, and had a ton of energy.
