Self-Titled Album and Track

This is a sequel to a journal written on my previous account here.
To recap, I was listening to Black Sabbath, and it struck me as odd that they had not only an album, but a track named after themselves.
So the point of this exercise is to discover other artists that have done the same. Here is what I have so far:

For example Focus have an album called Focus III or In and out of focus. And the song called Focus, too. But maybe it's not exactly what you looking for. -

OSI by OSI on OSI

I opted to pass on The Flower King. I might have made the slight exception, were it not a solo album.
OSI is a tough call. They do have an album called Office of Strategic Influence, which is what OSI stands for, and it does have a track called OSI on it. But I think it's enough of a difference to pass on them too.
Thanks for the suggestions, though, especially Return to Forever.
