It's rather nice, based on 3 or so listens. Lotsa death-doom influence too.

Well, would you look at that? My iPod is scrobbling! Note that all of that music was NOT listened to in the past 7 days. There was a period where I didn't scrobble anything. And now... SCROBBLE I WILL. Because I HAVE INTERNET.

and thank you for your kind words about las pelicuas. that's just part one of a two part thing. so maybe even before the new years i will have the second part up. i'm currently working on a solo piece cos i rarely do anything under my own name anymore... but it's cos i am kinda over the folk-pop thing, i'm more interested in producing dynamics and moods than songs. what do you use to record?

yah man, some of the first zorn stuff i heard was naked city, i have the self-titled album. and i have yet to check out the new omar record, i will get it off his site this week. i downloaded your new album, i haven't listened properly as i've been busy and i'd rather listen to it with attention than have it in the background. i checked out the first few songs properly and i really dig it. it has a very eastern feel to it, which i dig loads.

You're pretty right about Naked City. The more I listen to them the more I love it.

I believe I might have just that. I don't like to rush my listening, though. TRoB is one of my favorite artists and I first listened to his new album (out in sept.) a couple of days ago.

Sobre mim

note to self:
http://ritualisticnature.blogspot.com/

willothewisp666 - top artists:
underground: 41% mainstream: 5%

About Me = Look at how eclectic I am .... since that's all you really need to know about me *online*.

My charts right now aren't represented well, representing only what I've been listening to since i started this account... it's a new one cuz I was banned. Anyway there's a lot of artists with like 10 plays who used to have like a 1000.
So I like contemporary classical, minimal, ambient, ritual, dark ambient, drone, avant-garde, noise, drone metal, doom metal, black metal, death/grindcore, hardcore punk, electronic, electroacoustic, technical electronic, progressive rock, psychedelic, folk, jazz, math rock, pop, some rap/hip hop and everything else. Some of my favourite artists are John Zorn (and all his projects), Ween, The Mars Volta, Sunn O))), Frank Zappa, Portugal. The Man, The Residents, Secret Chiefs 3.... goes on and on but...

QUADROPHENIA BY THE WHO IS THE BEST ALBUM EVER MADE NO MATTER WHAT ANYONE SAYS. FUCK YOU.

I make music (I play guitar and tenor sax, but also do percussion, make ambient music, electronic music, and a bunch of other fucked up shit):

here's my shitty site, but it's like, so-shitty-it's-cool, y'know?:
DOWNLOAD ALL MY STUFF HERE:

and my label's site, there's a lot more of my stuff here, like my drone, drone metal, ambient, and a bunch of other shit, splits, whatever:
http://www.freewebs.com/synestheticmusic/

I do other stuff besides music, I like games too, mostly classics:
1. Zelda: Ocarina of time / Zelda Majora's Mask (tied)
the rest aren't in order
Legend of Zelda
Zelda II
A Link to the Past
All Zelda Gameboy games
Metroid
Donkey Kong
Donkey Kong Country 1 - 3
Super Mario Bros. 1 - 3
Super Mario World 1 & 2
Yoshi's Story
Donkey Kong 64
Paper Mario 1, 2, and Super Paper Mario
Super Mario RPG
Ghosts 'n' Goblins
Final Fantasy I - IX
Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles
Chrono Trigger
All Dragon Quest games including spin-offs

And that's just a general sample of my taste in games. If you have a similar taste than let's discuss.

I also like books, here's some of my favourite authors:
Edgar Allan Poe (the best writer that ever lived.)
J.R.R. Tolkien (probably the 2nd best)
H.P. Lovecraft
Dante
Stephen King (one of the few modern writers I enjoy, because his stuff is simply amazing)
Alexandre Dumas
Chaucer
John Steinbeck
Oscar Wilde
Lewis Carroll
Bram Stoker
Douglas Adams
Franz Kafka
fucking HOMER

a whole shitload more...

And very recently I've discovered some little things called Science, History, Philosophy, the Occult (and all the other stuff like Magick and Paganism) and Mathematics... which have all changed my view of many things drastically... i'm currently studying physics, quantum physics, sounds, architechture, mathematics (all kinds), and a lot of history from the Bible days, the Dark Ages, blah blah, on my free time. There's so much great stuff to learn and discover it's hard to keep on one subject, lol.

And I love painting and painters and other art but i'm not even gonna go there
