Chester Watson is cool, has some potential but he hasn't met it at all.

It's very intense, I love that about it. A lot different from their other albums. Though Nina, the Nina Simone covers album from last year, is stylistically pretty similar so you'd probably like that one just as much. Have you gotten the Young Thug & Bloody Jay mixtape Black Portland from like last week yet? I just went through it and it's pretty sweet. Best work by Young Thug yet, for sure.

Perfect! That's cool, and I saw you listened to A Promise. Awesome. I'm looking into Young Thug now actually, funny.

Have you heard the AHNNU vs D/P/I tape She Was No Tame Thing? Technically, a bunch of Drake remixes, but it's so abstract, like D/P/I at his least structured moments, all the way through. It's one of my favorite works he's been involved with, and I don't even like Drake much.

Oh wow, did you buy the LAMPGOD, **Ł_RD//$M$ tape? I've wanted it for a while but I didn't want to buy it, not yet.

Absolutely brilliant, right? I first got into them less than a year ago, but I can't get enough, seriously. Jamie Stewart's an awesome guy.

My shout earlier didn't go through. Anyway, I suggest you start from Knife Play, the beginning, and move from there. A Promise, the second album, is maybe their best, but also their least accessible. If you're looking for something that is both wrought with melodramatic despair and abrasive textures and arrangements, their early stuff is best. That's the unhinged balance I like. They got generally more poppy as they went along.. except for their new album, which I coincidentally just got. It's very bizarre and industrial and I'm loving it. If you like avant-garde music and music that is very dark, graphic, and depressing, this is the band for you. They strike the perfect chord with me.

Yeah, that sounds about right. Random forums and archives, related vids/artists on youtube, last.fm, bandcamp, whatever's out there. I'm the kind of person who spends nearly all of my free time finding and going through music. You might say I lead a fairly dull lifestyle.

Damn, same here. I like almost all your top artists. Even your top tracks. Suddenly, Crim3s. Their song Fade is one of my favorite songs, just in general. How do you find most of your music?
