Well, Arthemesia definitely sounds like the quality I clearly respect! Good stuff, nice and atmospheric, good sound quality! Until '89 I didn't even know Metal existed. I was then very much despised and looked down upon by schoolmates, bible f*cks (who said I was in "the scene" although I never touched drugs a single time in my life) and others of the same age. "Hopefully this dumb phase will pass" is what I best remember. People with such a primitive aspect on music should shut their mouths and enjoy their 999 time listening to their supercool Beatles album or whatever greatness they indulge themselves in. I listen to practically everything - so i guess my outlook on this whole matter is a lot better than other people's who think that classical music and/or jazz is it. Anyway, I only played Death- and Black Metal in my life, so my heart definitely belongs to Metal. It was HARD to be "metal" then, I had to fight. It was the greatest "F*ck You" I was ever able to show my small world ;)

What's the band that comes with the picture? 15-20 years ago I remember considering it a virtue to listen to nothing but METAL. '95 was about the time when I started accepting Black Metal as not totally ridiculous and laughable, 2001 I delved right into the "trueness" myself and 1-2 years later I began to understand how to translate hate into music - now I'm still far from understanding some of the crap out there beyond the incapabilities of the participants, but I've stopped wondering. There will always be quality.

I dont't understand why hate and controvery should be so desirable. I also give a shit on MTV, religions and so on, but i can simply ignore it. I have no problem with shocking, but NSBM does this on expense of other people. If NSBM is for you just a shocking form of art, ok, but there are also many stupid people listening to NSBM that take this all seriously and go on the streets and shlash foreigners with no reason. Apart from that i can't understand the sense of gloryfying WW2. This isn't just a form of art, this happend in reality. Satanic music for example is in cotradiction also art for me, because i think that nobody in sane lives this out in real live. It is used for things like provoking and telling storys.

Yes, I think, I understand your point of view. But in my eyes, NSBM is used as an instrument for politics, and this kind of politics is inhuman. So I decided for me not to support this by listening to it and I dont't care if this is good music as long as it is misused. Anyway, I hope, that I can see you live somewhere in my region in the near future ;)
