I was tired and actually I was hesitating...I wanted to stay home on this evening ! But this band is quite rare on stage, they aren't touring every year and the price of the ticket was quite high so I gave myself a kick in the ass and there I was, on time !
The opening act was Martina Topley Bird. I didn't know her quite well...I had listened to some of their songs a few days before the gig, that's all !
I must say I fell in love with her...Musically it was really good and she is so sweet and pretty ! Her voice is amazing !
Massive Attack came on stage around 9:10 pm.
The light show was quite impressive and it was sooo nice to see them back ! The audience was really enthousiastic and I guess they've really appreciated the way we've showed them how much we like them !
The new songs really kick ass ! I can't wait for the new LP now that I have heard some of them...

It was great to hear the old tracks "Rising Son", "Teardrop", "Mezzanine" etc...
I loved the way the songs came one after another between "Teardrop" and "Inertia Creeps"...Totally amazing, so intense ! The new version of "Teardrop" by Martina Topley Bird is wonderful !! I felt the tears coming up...
When I heard the first notes of "Unfinished Sympathy", I guess I've wet my underwear !!! I was in a sort of trance. I so love this song !!!! It reminds me very good memories...and the voice of Deborah Miller is Waaaaaaaoooowwww !!!!! The best interpretation I've seen on stage until now...
But I think the GREATEST moment of the show was "Marakesh" !!! I won't describe it and the way they've managed to put all the audience in a kind of trance...Utterly AMAZING !!! Can't wait to hear it on the cd but I'm afraid to be disappointed because hearing it for the first time at a concert can make you expect to find back what you've felt...Anyway it was GREAT !!!

This one was clearly the best ;) even if everytime I have seen them Live I was blown away :)
