Top 5 albums to listen to the whole album.
Dez 4 2006, 21h21
This a collection of my favourite albums.. listening from start to finish, as one fluid unit, no breaks. The way its put together, the way it flows. Some albums are great but have one or two lesser tracks.. or they are just a collection of great songs, one after the other.. without a mood linking them.. some indie albums are like that. Some albums might be 'better' but don't flow as well. These albums don't get old.. and make me feel good.
These are in no particular order.
Clap Your Hands Say Yeah- Self-Titled
The Shins-Chutes Too Narrow or Wincing the Night Away

Postal Service - Give Up
Say Hi to Your Mom - Impeccable Blahs

Dez 5 2006, 1h16Well of course NMH flows well but I like Crooked Rain because there are lots of awesome songs and good songs in between, so it's not just three singles with lots of filler. -

What about Death Cab for Cutie? I find their CD's just amazing and great for easy listening when you're in a variety of moods (same goes for Ben's Postal Service LP: Give Up, which was already thrown up there). I have to add Transatlanticism and Plans to the list...their older albums are great too..
Pinkerton by Weezer is great also, I can listen to that CD whenever. Also, Keep Like a Secret by Built to Spill, great easy listening album. -

Dez 5 2006, 23h18yeah, i would have put up pavement, neutral milk hotel, and at least plans by death cab, but i figured i shouldn't make the list too long. -
