    Bloody Ada, this is a hard one and just an opinion of the current time. 1) Beethoven = his development of melody and catchiness cannot be underestimated 2) Phil Spector = his blocky recordings have no dynamic range, inherited by 90s pop 3) Every single popular genre = has provided an image to rebel against (Lady GaGa) 4) Modern music itself = has thrived off of it's own appeal and need to make money and finally 5) Kraftwerk = their early albums had MAJOR stylistic elements of the 80s>90s>00s

    It needs more listens before i really know what to think of it. I'm just glad they've gone back to a more melodic side instead of just sound design but still more complex and Autechre-ish than Quaristice.
