I still don't see the correlation between the D/FW area and the show lol, but the show looks fucking retarded...maybe that's the analogy =(?

Never seen the show, so not following the analogy :| Sorry!

Yeah well I live in a tiny hardcore southern-baptist town, it's pretty ridiculous. I'm more to the northeast D/FW area.

This is probably random as hell but oh well. I was lurking around the "Vegans and Vegetarians" group and saw your posts in the Vegan Cat food thread where you pretty much intellectually destroyed some nutball. And just had to give you a standing ovation for that. Also, wtf? Another Vegan in Texas..WHAT IS HAPPENING!? (I live in Texas.)

Hey, thanks for the add! Just spent about five minutes googling the counter culture scene in Texas. Yeah...um...good luck. But hey, it isn't Delaware!

"I think that it's exceptionally difficult or impossible to make a significant difference in the world while keeping your head down and respecting authority." Abso-fucking-lutely (tho I wonder if we would mean the same thing by that). Sorry, that caught my eye, as it's more-than-somewhat important to me. Well, anyway, cheers from the Midwest!

Don't worry too much about what your going to go for now. Wait till you get in and start to experience the different things college has to offer... I was pre-med before I dropped it for philosophy. Do what you love and try and make a bit of money off that. I just fell in love with being a student and philosophy caters well to that... all the majors are people who like to sit around and bs/debate.

Gogol Bordello is great!!) so you have a good taste, but it's so gloomily for me) I also had been dark electro fan before

Bakunin has been a huge influence in my moral and political philosophy (I got my Bach. in Philosophy). His concept anarchism blows my mind. Gogol Bordello is possibly my favorite band and also the band that really sparked my interest in music. So hell yeah.
