Yeah, The Laurels: you & I have 3 songs by them on the comps we bought, Open Your Mind & Burn Your Fingers, then I think they had a few other songs on other comps that we don't have, so when I get home tonight, let me look at what Mart sent me, because there may be some songs there that you need, yes. The Laurels' MySpace says they are supposed to release their first full-length soon, *figers crossed*!!!

They released that back in November 2008 to mixed feelings/reviews! I wonder how far along they are with the new album? That is one that I would look for a leak, no doubt! Lately I have not been looking for leaks, unless they fall into my lap from friends, but THAT one, hell yeah, let's have the LEAK!!!

I probably played BRMC more over the years that I have loved them, more than any other band. I was playing their CDs way before I ever joined here, so total my plays here, my iPod, and CDs on heavy rotation, and it's certainly thousands of plays of those guys. No one else can touch them, really. I shall send you 333 in a pm!! It's really just lots of ambient, spacey stuff, with no lyrics. Unless you know it's BRMC, you would not realize it's them.

I know, any BRMC is great BRMC. The only one I don't listen to too often is The Effects of 333, only because it is SO ambient, that you REALLY have to be in the mood for that.....I'm sure their next album will be back to rock & roll. Believe it or not, I have NOT listened to the new Wilco, have not had the time to dedicate to exploring that one. Shame on me!

Well Wilco has a new album out also! Seems like every band I love is releasing new stuff this year. If BRMC do release their album later this year, and if Interpol does (don't know if they planned on it, but maybe?!), then what a freakin' year it will be.......too much to handle, the music will have to carry me WAY into the next year!! I wouldn't even know where to start making a list of the year in music, wow.
