    I think so far this has been the first case of wanting to go for a support band, though a little voice in my head tells me I considered it once for someone else. I was quite surprised Boy & Bear weren't headlining their own show, I'm certain they're popular enough here to do that provided they went with a smaller venue.

    I've not given Elbow much of a listen, though I have been meaning to. I just wish I had known earlier that they were coming to NZ because then I would've bought a ticket purely to see Boy & Bear who were opening for them. By the time I found out, tickets were well and truly gone :(

Sobre mim



A reformed music snob who now just listens to music cause I like it rather than seeking cred. Due to previously being a music snob I now have a special distaste for them, oh and emo's. No idea why I don't like them, I just don't.

Shoegaze is close to musical perfection, and the 90's indie explosion that gave us Britpop is also something of a fave moment of musical history (well is was considered indie here in Australia).

I am always up for learning about new bands than may strike my fancy, so if you have a comparability with me of medium or higher drop me a line and recommend things I might like, or friend me and we will chat away about all sorts.... at least I hope that is how it works.
