Metallica just plays safe and radio-friendly jams for the usual idiot who knows nothing of complex or engrossing music. Hearing James Hetfield "try" to sing is just painful to listen to. United Abominations was a metal masterpiece, a true return to form for Megadeth. Megadeth is so much better than Metallica, there isn't even a word for it... Dave Mustaine is such a better guitarist than Hammett... and also, if it wasn't for Dave Mustaine... there would be NO METALLICA. He wrote all the music that made them famous until they ran out of the material they stole from him and started writing watered down, radio friendly garbage. So, Andrew, Megadeth > Metallica... shit... ABBA > Metallica.
